Thanks for dropping by my website. My name is Hill, and I am a passionate Full Stack Developer. I graduated from Purdue University with a double major in Web Programming & Design, and Data Visualization, May 2022.
In my personal and professional life, I found my passions at the intersection of creativity and coding. There’s something about imparting an edge of artistry into a static code base that makes my heart giddy. I started as a graphic designer, learning to code when one of our developers went on paternity leave, and I discovered how exhilarating it was to watch the designs in my head come to life on a screen. The moment sparked my journey into front end development, and as I progressed I took delight in broadening my skill set by diving into back end development.
Currently, I am a Full-Stack developer on a small, but mighty, team. While I am the only developer, their guidance in the administrative side of system management has helped me grow in my confidence to deploy large scale projects.
Beyond my work, I am immensely passionate about different forms of art (such as painting, drawing, knitting, and crocheting), video and board games (with the occasional TTRPG), travel, and my ultra-snuggly lap cat
